Led by Raku specialists, enjoy time learning the rich and dynamic process of this traditional Japanese pottery technique. A method steeped in history, Raku combines fire and glaze to create striking, unique finishes. Using beautiful pre-thrown pottery pieces, apply exciting glaze decoration. Once complete, participants will then watch as the creations are fired in an outdoor kiln, bringing them to life.
You’ll leave not only with your own unique creation, still warm from the kiln, but also a deeper understanding of Raku.
