Our regular Makers Markets takes place on the third Sunday of the month
with the next market on Sunday, 15th May. The event brings together a
great selection of artisans, crafters, makers and bakers. Come and soak up
the market atmosphere and pick up anything from a handcrafted soap and

CAUDWELL’S MILL (0.4 miles from Peak Village)
A unique, Grade II listed, historic roller flour mill. The mill is a complete
fascinating automatic ‘machine’ on four floors, and usually runs daily. There are

When you visit Peak Village you can be sure you will receive a
lovely, Derbyshire friendly welcome. The staff on site are made up of
wonderful local people, many of whom have worked here at Peak Village
for years, and are always happy to help. They have a good knowledge
of the local area too, so if you’re visiting from further afield and
need some recommendations, be sure to ask!
Peak Village isn’t just dog friendly, but we wholeheartedly
welcome your furry friends here on site.
Well behaved dogs on leads (or in handbags!), are welcome in all
our stores so no need to tie up and leave outside unless you wish to.
You will find water bowls around the site and lots of open space for your
dog to accompany you on your visit.
Barks & Co is our wonderful independent store where you can
treat your dog to new coats, collars and an array of treats.
Dogs are also welcome, on leads, in our nature reserve.
