What to expect
Dedictaed blue badge parking spaces are available and the car park, shops, restaurant and toilets are on level access with open courtyards in between. Shops are generally accessed through double doors but one of these may be closed in the cooler months. Shop staff are on-hand should you need both doors open for access.
The Centre Management Suite is located on the first floor (stairs only). Please ask any retailer if you require the management office for lost property, coach sign-in, or general information.

Complimentary wheelchairs
The site is accessible for vistors with manual and electric wheelchairs and a number of wheelchairs are available to loan during your visit. Simply ask any retailer on arrival and a wheelchair will be brought to you. If you would like to make arrangements to use a wheelchair in advance feel free to contact us by email or telephone.
